Your Role
  • Working hand in hand with the business developers (BDs) and the Sales Manager, your mission will be to identify market opportunities and support the BDs by attending the meetings and designing the business proposals for Agorize Asia :
  • 40% Business Development : Prospecting, phoning, generating leads, engaging with newclients, attending meetings with the BDs. Agorize Asia’s future growth will rest on your shoulders!
  • 50% Sales Support and Business Analyst : Development of new sales support materials, finding new market opportunities for the BDs. Before a client meeting, understanding the client’s background and the market opportunity for Agorize, sharing it with the BD, attending the meeting, pitching Agorize and being the counterpart for providing the required materials to the client (sales presentations, business proposals, quotations, …)
  • 10% Project Management: Once the deal is signed, you will support the BDs to make it happen by working with a cross-functional team (product, operations, community, finance).
Requirements
  • Experience: No strong professional experience is required, but you should have a clear understanding on how B2B Sales work and how to engage with C-level executives from large corporations as a startup company.Having experienced lead identification and lead generation previously is a plus.
  • Skills : You have a strong ability to identify market opportunities and analyse potential clients’ issues to answer their needs. After having met with the client with our sales team, you’re excellent at making sales presentation and business proposals on PowerPoint to rapidly follow up with the client and make clear progress for negotiating a deal.
  • Communication : Experience talking and dealing with multiple corporate personas (VPs and C-levels)
  • Attitude: initiative person, with an entrepreneurial mindset, always happy to help, thanks to a proactive multi-tasker, ambitious, and with the ability to “think out of the box”. You do not take NO as an answer and you are not afraid to run the extra mile.
  • We will NOT sponsor visas for this role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin & English is a MUST
