Our comfortable office is conveniently located close to SoHo with easy transport links, great restaurants and bars all within close walking distance.

We offer weekly team lunches and in addition a fully stocked pantry and bar with happy hour drinks. We also host relevant industry events, with noteworthy external speakers. 

Your Role
  • Management of current, and implementation of future internal IT systems, processes and people required to effectively support business operations
  • Implement a Company Help Desk that will exceed expectations in the provision of service support to internal customers, responding to those in technical distress.
  • Design, implementation and ongoing review of key internal IT related processes such as new starter setup, faulty equipment reporting etc.
  • Build and manage a team of IT Support Engineers to support internal IT functions in company offices worldwide through effective communication and management of their daily workload by utilising best practice processes
  • Asset lifecycle management: Planning, procurement, deployment, support and decommissioning of hardware and software required to support internal customers. This includes:Productivity & Collaboration Products (SaaS based eg. Google G Suite for business, and on device eg. MS Office); Workstation management (laptops & desktops) and related equipment (printers, monitors etc.)
  • Management of office networks including capacity management, security and issue resolution
  • Degree in Computer Science or other IT-related disciplines preferred.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing internal IT systems and processes
  • 3 or more years experience in: Help Desk Support; Apple Macintosh (iMac and Macbook) workstation management and support (Windows experience a plus); Office networks (wired and/or wireless) a plus
  • Experience leading an internal IT Team. Experience in building/expanding a team a strong plus
  • Experience in managing SaaS Productivity & Collaboration Products for at least a medium-sized business of 50+ users. Experience with Google G Suite for business a plus
  • Must be excited and motivated, rather than daunted, by the prospect of building something from the ground up in a start-up like environment
  • Must have the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation, both verbally and written, in English
