Your Role

To handle receptionist duties of greeting guests, answering the phones, mailing orders, courier services, office administrative procurement, daily data entry and invoice verification
To arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
To provide clerical and administrative support to the department
To provide high quality customer service and introduce the company's products
Handle customers’ enquiries, reservations and complaints in a professional manner
Organize and manage daily operations
Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time

Requirements

Form five or above, relevant working experience is preferred
Fresh graduates are also welcome
Good command of Cantonese, spoken English and Mandarin
Proficient in Chinese and English typing
Able to use Microsoft Office, computer software with basic computer knowledge
Hard-working, Careful, Active, Responsible
