Your Role
  • Oversee center operations
  • Allocate manpower resources
  • Motivate frontline to perform duty
  • Ensure KPI is met with the guidelines and standard
  • Identify existing and potential obstacle in CS Team
  • Reply customers’ comment via email and other online platforms
  • Perform professional customer service and create good experience for our customers
  • Facilitate Team Leader and Customer Service Manager
  • Work 5.5 days/week and shift


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service industry, preferably in call center
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to use positive language
  • Able to demonstrate good problem-solving, leadership, and observation skills
