Your Role
  • Support high level impact assessment change and release planning. Support audience and impacted end user analysis
  • Support detailed operational impact assessment including analyzing call modelling to support recommendations for additional resource and to feed into migration planning
  • Support the identification of requirements and key messages for colleague and customer communications
  • Support the planning and drafting of colleague and customer communications & engagement initiatives, working with in-country stakeholders such as the business, CVM, Marketing and Internal Communications teams
  • Support learning requirements definition, plan and input to the build of learning interventions
  • Track delivery of learning interventions. Conduct post learning analysis and identify opportunities for ongoing capability up skill
  • Identify where procedure changes are required and support documentation updates
  • Support the completion and sign off of the DCE checklist
  • Ensure MI and analytics requirements have been captured and addressed by the relevant cross functional team to deliver local market reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance to any relevant in country regulatory approvals and governance
  • Support ongoing adoption and benefits tracking
Requirements
  • Experience of working directly with individual markets or a region to support local business readiness activity needed for delivery of digital change
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities and the ability to lead and influence
  • Strong planning and governance skills
  • Subject Matter Expertise of digital channels, including technical, market place and customer considerations
  • Subject Matter Expertise in internal/external communications, operational impact assessment, training, migration and implementation planning
  • Strong commercial focus, ability to balance risks against rewards and maximize cost effectiveness and profitability for the business
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues
  • Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on data and understand the implications
  • Good understanding of project methodologies, frameworks and best practice
  • Ability to take a portfolio view and effectively manage multiple market deliveries and releases whilst ensuring each project runs effectively
