Your Role
  • As part of the sales and distribution unit within Peak and PayMe for Business, the Client Success team has a broad responsibility to enable our client merchants.
  • Defined as the ability to help merchants grow their business whether measured by revenue, online or app registration, market impact or recognition.
  • The role is designed to help clients leverage the tools and enablers offered by the PayMe suite of propositions, which will in turn generate engaged customer experiences for HSBC
  • Whilst the focus of the role will gravitate towards key high revenue potential clients and therefore corporates, probably on the more complex solutions, mPOS, mCommerce, eCommerce connectivity through APIs, Intelligent Commerce
  • The Client Success unit will also take a leadership position in defining more broadly how PayMe can deepen its merchant wallet share, as well as helping merchants expand their broader business. As such Client success will have ownership over execution oriented towards revenue generation on the PayMe reachable wallet, in particular.
  • Through engagement and support to frontline sales and service units within HSBC including through direct client and prospect contact, the Client Success role is intended to achieve some of the following PayMe for Business or Peak objectives.
  • To drive Merchant Usage such as how much through put of a merchant's B2C flow being directed to PayMe
  • Commercialisation of additional features or propositions to clients in regards to beyond core merchant payments, Intelligent Commerce, Insights, Loyalty, joint promotions, Ecosystem and how this flows through to revenue.
  • Engagement of PayMe Clients or prospects, through acting as a source of expert reference
  • Merchant Acquisition such as for key corporate clients
Requirements
  • Degree Holder in any discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in use of Microsoft Software Suite.
  • Product or Market knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills
