Your Role

Organise sales & marketing events and exhibitions in Hong Kong.
Coordinate with internal and external parties on property transactions.
Handle marketing and promotion administration including data collection, reporting and invoicing.
Ensure all documents and marketing materials comply with relevant rules and regulations.
Provide secretarial support to Department Head and the team.

Requirements

Degree holder with at least 3 years’ experience in marketing or event management.
Experience in marketing overseas property and Estate Agents Licence would be advantageous.
Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin or other languages an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, self-motivated, cooperative and a positive can-do attitude.
Willing to work during weekends at exhibitions.
