Rush Hour Media is looking for a qualified sales and account manager to join our growing team. As the sales and account manager, you will be responsible for managing sales, maintaining/building relationships with present and prospective clienteles, and to manage our web development projects.

Ultimately, you should aspire to help grow the business through delivering positive customer experience and building long-term client relationships.

Your Role
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Manage web development projects
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of Web Development, CMS systems (Drupal and Wordpress)
  • Good understanding of branding and digital marketing
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

We are also working on a few web platforms of our own, one of which is for weddings and it will be launched late 2014/ early 2015.
